Biscoito ARTE

“Biscoito Arte”, by Regina Silveira, allows participants to savor the word, “Art,” as a ritual and celebration. 

First conceived in 1976, “Biscoito Arte” was created for publication in an alternative magazine, Qorpo Estranho 2 edited by Julio Plaza and Regis Bonvicino, in São Paulo. The artist has since gone on to present the work at the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles, and for Kreëmart’s 10th Anniversary Celebration of Art Basel Miami Beach. 

In the latest iteration, the performance returns to São Paulo this time at Galeira Luciana Brito, in collaboration with Kreëmart and Saf and CO, to celebrate the opening of the artist’s new exhibition “GRAPHOS.”
